We are proud to offer the finest fresh products combined with the experience of our skilled kitchen and wait staff to provide you with a wonderful dining experience. Our food is a rich blend of the traditional & the contemporary. Recent food items have included everything from the luxurious Kobe Beef, to locally raised venison, quail, and duck. As the weather warms and seasons change, our menu reflects the wide range of local crops, and seafood. Tomatoes, arugula, basil to mention a few items from Waldingfield organic farm, will transform to a variety of daily specials. Shad roe and soft-shell crabs will be available as well as wonderful swordfish from the Grand Banks.
Our experienced dining staff will tend to your needs as they explain the daily specials as well as the extensive selection from our wine and cocktail list. Margaritas, Pinot Grigio or soft drinks can be enjoyed on our large patio while you listen to the Shepaug River lazily pass by and enjoy the warm summer breeze.
