Hello,
To import your Gmail contacts, please go to http://en.nomao.com/user/?contact and click to the "Invite" sheet. Once you've submitted your access and you've imported your Gmail contacts from that interface, you only have to submit to let Nomao invite your friends automatically.
If you still have problems following the process above, please let us know where you have troubles in the interface.
