Our stay in Phoenix with our son for about a week was in such a suburb, a place named Chandler. Initially we felt far away from the main city. But then we found that one of the biggest and most fashionable Mall complexes (Fashion Village) was just walking distance
By evening, the whole of glamorous population of Chandler and from other suburbs landed there, not necessarily shopping, but for meeting each other and dining.
